How saying “maybe a couple of prints” defines a flight as commercial.
A court may see that as a payment I guess? Albeit a liquid payment () and not cold hard cash () ?

A couple of pints is payment. Doesn’t have to be cash. Barter, trade, swapsies, beer - its still “valuable consideration”.

I think they should have a clause that anything under a tenner doesn’t count, that way a couple of pints would fit, depending on the pub.
