Drone Scene Updates - December 2025

New Feature :star_struck:

• Good 2 Go updated to support the new UK drone regulations in advance of 1st January 2026

The many (many!) changes to the Civil Aviation Authority drone regulations are nearly upon on us and the question everyone is asking is, “How does this affect me and the drones I fly?”

You’ll be pleased to know that you can now answer that question yourself using the fully updated Good 2 Go

Good 2 Go is now in Public Beta. This means you can finally get your hands on the version our @beta-testers have been using for the last few weeks.

If you’d like a quick recap of all the changes that come into effect on 1st January 2026 you can check out the two summary videos at: UK Class Marks and Remote ID: What you need to know for 1st January 2026

Or, if you just want to dive right in, check out the Public Beta at:

The first immediate change you’ll notice is a new list of EASA Class Marked drones.

  • The fake DJI Mini 6 Pro with a UK0 Class Mark is in there solely for testing UK class marks when they arrive next year.

If you have a Class Marked drone which is not in the list, please send us the make and model, and include a photo showing the location of the Class Mark and we’ll get it added for you.

If you have any questions about your Good 2 Go results please post them in the dedicated thread at: Questions about your Good 2 Go results? Post them here!

And remember, Good 2 Go no longer supports the 2025 regulations.
