I have to say I found it harder than ours LOL. Fantastic that as a GOLD member we are covered on our insurance which is mandatory in the EU.
completed my european license using eurocontrol a couple of months ago. Have to say it is more intensive than the UK test.. By the way it is free.
I cant find the link to do the euro course. Is anyone able to help. The irony is that I did it 5 years ago but did not bookmark it. The above link just puts me to the homepage and the search comes up with nothing..

I am planning to fly my DJI mini 5 pro in Germany.
How does the registering as operator work? I have read it has to be done in the country of residence. I assume my UK operator ID wont work for that?
If I register in Germany would they accept a UK residence?

Update: I found the answer.
They give you the choice to register as non-EU person. So, shouldnt be a problem.

Hi All
I have been looking into getting legal for a trip to portugal later this year, search led me here.
I started by registering on the IAA My SRS portal which allowed me to then take the online test.
I passed it, but am now being asked for 51 euros… not too keen on that if theirs a cheaper option.
I had read that thi was the way to go, register as an operator in Ireland and then good to go in Europe…
Advice appreciated.

Just to add that fee is jsut for the proof of online training… I assume there is further cost for the license itself
