From Exmouth to Sandy Bay at low tide.
Love this
Thank You.
Nice - I’ve not plucked up the courage to go that far out yet
Yes, it’s a risk but worth it IMO for the great vantage points you can get unique to aerial photography.
@Davalan1 how did you get your pano flat like that?
360’s are no issue, but my 180s are curved when I view them. So not sure what I am doing wrong.
Any advice?
Hi Dronegeek.
This pano was done manually.
Quite simply by stitching about 6 or 8 single shots into a panorama. I use Lightroom which does an excellent job.
Position the drone centrally. Fix the exposure manually using the histogram. Fix the white balance. Then yaw the aircraft either side of the central position taking a series of overlapping shots to cover the width of the panorama that you want to include. Import the shots into your favourite photo editing software and stitch. I don’t use the auto panoramic settings on my M2P other than the 360.
I have produced panoramic shots using this method that can by printed up to 1.4m wide at a high resolution.
Good luck.
