Extended Cables for Mini 2 and Huawei Mediapad Tablet

Hi all has anyone bought an extension cable for the Huawei Mediapad M5 Tablet.

I bought the below ones off Amazon but they wont work as the tablet wont connect with the controller.

Looks like a very high price for very simple basic leads. Are these leads actually different to those you would buy in a regular electronics store or phone shop ?

Are you certain that the problem is not a configuration or software issue ?

If I remember correctly the one I purchased was around the ÂŁ4 to ÂŁ5 mark. The outer sheath is silicon rubber so a reduced risk of kinks causing breakages.

I have had a look at the software and made sure the debugging was on.

It’s weird as the standard cable works fine just the new ones that don’t work.

I bought the same one and I sent it back as it will not work with the Mini 2

I then got this one same as Nidge and it works fine

Not sure if long enough for you, but I bought this one for use with my Tripltek and Mini2: Amazon.co.uk

Works fine.

You have to make sure you put the correct end into the controller output (has a “two circles” marking on one end like the original).

Thanks all for your comments on this got a replacement as below delivered today and it works fine must just be the first cables that are not compatible even though they say they it will be.

Does anyone have a link to a mini 2 cable, USB C to USB C that’s not got a right-angle connector on one end at least? There’s an array of cheap & expensive cables, not all mention data so I’d appreciate a suggestion from anyone who’s got such a working cable.

My new phone case is quite thick and the angled DJI cable doesn’t fit as well as I’d like.

Temporary fix, ordered a USB C 90° adapter so the DJI cable won’t be near the phone case, nor will be the adapter.
