That’s not right. In that video they just rotated the horizon with a superimposed sky. If you actually see a proper time lapse of 24hrs of the sky the constellations appear to move. They don’t in that.

It seems right to me, normally they appear to all rotate around the pole star, which is exactly what’s going on there except they cropped and rotated the images to keep the stars in the same place instead.
