Would I be correct in thinking that the image00001.jpg is totally unadulterated and straight from the camera without any tweaking at all?

The picture is what was downloaded to my phone then edited with Apple phone software, this was then duplicated so I kept my edited one and then reverted the duplicate back to how it was.
