DNG file is the RAW file Colin. You need to upload a JPEG or PNG mate
Maybe a bit more info might help, without giving the game away.
I got the idea for the first one from the second method here
I probably went overboard with the second, as it’s the same technique but with a different colour, the key to that one is in the roof of this building

you’ll need the key to isolate the second one.
Hope that helps
@PitchFader . I think we’ve got our wires mixed up Richard. ![]()
The photo you can see is a PNG that I sent at the same time as the DNG file as an experiment. The DNG just shows its linked name but the browser cant didplay it (Pingspike put me right on that one thx @PingSpike) and I thought you’d been successful at sending a DNG!
To summerise JPG and PNGs are fine DNGs are not.![]()
@SirGunner Yes Steve, been put right on that one. Cheers anyway. ![]()
Sorry Collin, yes maybe I have, my bad, ![]()
I thought the we transfer usually if posted as DND RAW, we get raw our end, sorry if I’ve misread ![]()
I’ll shut up ![]()
Nah Richard. Its all good stuff. No bad as far as I’m concerned. ![]()
Thanks @macspite Robert this pic
.To be totally honest I found it bloody hard to do anything with it ![]()
Here’s MY ENTRY anyway ![]()
That was the idea! Just to see what, if anything, you guys could do to an innocent wee picture of an English village church and manor house ![]()
That’s cruel on a rank amateur like me😂
My entry!
Here’s my updated edit.
As for the easter eggs, they both said Happy Easter ![]()
The first was found by removing all but pure white from the photo with levels.
leaving, this against the white wall in the building on the left.
.The second was probably just over kill on my part. Firstly the key, there’s a small area of solid colour in the roof of the long building on the bottom right of the court yard.
Using the select → colour range. Sample using this key, change the fuzziness to 1 and range to something like 10.
and this appears in the roof of that building.
Which, when you ignore the key, it’s morse for Happy Easter ( in Welsh ), as i said, just going a bit overboard. Still it gave me a reason to focus on the colour range selection which has never been something I’ve used a lot.
Here’s my attempt, I think I’m going backwards on all my editing I try these days, whether it be mine or someone else’s picture,
I guess I’ll keep trying, learning, sorry for the zoom & crop.
Way too technical for me @Stomper ……even with the instructions ![]()
