I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission requirements unknown.

There is a pay and display carpark as you arrive at the location on the left. then cross the road and walk to the sea wall walk to the left and there are some steps to get on to the “beach” not that it is much of one. but it is a great area to take off and land.
