This forum was set up in the days of the MP (other drone models were available), and the forum logo is the MP. Hence why the merchandise artwork is also, for now, just the MP.

Im probably one of the “newer” members BUT I would be quite happy if there was a Patreon type structure or “buy me a coffee” type thing. Chucking in a few quid would make me feel less guilty as the advice, help, banter etc etc Ive had in just a short time has been very very useful. Just a thought.
I don’t understand how, BUT I sincerely hope no individual or small group dip into their own money to keep the site going - lets share the love.

I can appreciate that,but as said,somehow this club has to be funded! i know this was talked about a while ago on another thread…All i am saying,is that i am sure EVERYBODY on here would be happy to chip in a few quid to help… Personally i think it would be a small price to pay,for everything we have here. lets face it ,it is a fab club,and i would just see it as ,err,some kind of “insurance” to make sure it stays that way…Please note,this in no way meant as a insult to our mods,who,i am sure we can all agree,do a fantastic job here…

Thought id post this here - seems appropriate but if a mod wants to move it then fair enough.
My neighbour is a local plod - saw me in my hoodie this morning and commented " Thats very appropriate & helpful - if its an organisation then it saves us wasting time on idiots" - perhaps an unexpected positive in having “identification”. Think I might “cultivate” this relationship despite my fundamental belief that the less contact with the plod the better - it might just help in the long run.

Never had a prob with plod tbh, but always got either my GADC hoodie on or my Drone SAR hi viz vest or both, always been a positive meeting with them so far
