GVC vs DJI Mini

I have looked all over, and the stock answer for flying in the specific category is flights that can’t be flown in the open category, but what are they.

With the DJI mini this appears to make the GVC more or less redundant or am I looking at this in the wrong way.The way I see it the GVC appears to be useless therefore get a drone at less than 250 grams - Confused

The arrival of the DJI Mini made a lot of things redundant, including most flying restrictions :smiley:
