Hello! First timer from West London!

Hi everyone, nice to be here!

Brought my first drone 3 days ago (DJI Mini 2)

I’m still looking to fly when conditions are suitable!

I look foward to learning more and more about drones/ construction of and flying!

Have you seen our members map? (Click the burger-menu in the top right) You may find some pilots living near you.

We’re a well established club with many knowledgeable members so it’s very likely that any issues you come across will have been discussed here before. Our discussion forum has very powerful search features which should help you find what you need but if you get stuck you can post a new question in the #questions-and-answers category.

I’m also in Chiswick!

If you’re just starting out, the Homefield Recreation ground by the A4 is a nice open space to try out your drone - you can get some great shots of the river and the Fullers Brewery.

Went to Richmond Park today and it was fantastic (you are limited to the Flying Field near the Sheen Gate though).

Thanks for the reply! I really appreciate the heads up on a space to fly in Chiswick, I have been scratching my head on where would be okay to! I have also seen Wormwood Scrubs has a dedicated flying Zone :grinning: Had my first flight today! Was ACE!!!
