Hello from Bexley, Kent (and a question about insurance)

I’ve just bought a Potensic Atom (my son has one and I enjoyed “having a go”) but fully expect this bug to bite a little deeper.

Quick question - I’ve bought “Insured Member” Membership and wondered how long it takes for the Member Certificate and Insurance Certificate to appear, ready for download?

I have downloaded placeholders for both which say “Oh no! That wasn’t supposed to happen”!

Around two seconds, often less though :blush:

We’ve seen someone report something similar before, it turned out to be a browser extension / add-on that was causing their issue. Could you try downloading your certificates using a different browser, or even a different device? :thinking:

It will indeed, I’d say you can expect your next drone purchase to take place in under three months :smiley:

Many thanks. I run a tight ship on my main browser but switched to edge and they both downloaded perfectly. Thanks.
