Hi everyone, wow what fun a new drone is! I’m based in Ireland and have an IAA reg, but have a CAA registration as my family is from Dorset and I’m in the UK frequently.

Welcome Simon to GADC
There are some great site to fly here… I’ve not tried Vinegar Hill yet but it’s just down the road so who knows I may add it to the list.
Welcome to GADC Simon. I’m in a similar position in that I’ve got CAA registration because I live in Northern Ireland, but I have the IAA registration too as I’m in Carlow/Wexford/Wicklow/Donegal numerous times every year. We’re definitely not short of places to fly. Enjoy your drone.
Great to hear.
I will arrange a cupa for you if you get there
