How’s it going people?
I’m quite new here (have been browsing a fair bit) and I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself.
I’m not exactly new to drones but I only recently purchased the Mavic Mini as my first GPS drone. I’ve been flying unruly non GPS variants for the past 3 years. I figured I should learn to manage them before I spent any sizeable amount of hard earned cash on one.
Been enjoying the forum so far. Plenty of good information and divided opinions. I initially joined to see what peeps were doing about the huge lack of free space on our overcrowded and heavily restricted island. (Not a lot of luck so far). I lived in Spain for 7 years and the rules there are very relaxed.
Anyway I digress just wanted to say Hi

Welcome to GADC, I am in Bournemouth, so can’t be so far from you, there may be some restrictions in the forest as it is a nature reserve, but I know others have flown in the forest. I think is less of a problem out of nesting season etc, once you have taken off and are at a reasonable height the noise can be no worse than a helicopter or plane flying overhead.
