And, No, I did not vote for Trump!
Excited about coming to the UK for the first time next week (April 7, 2026) and hope to get some flying in. I’ve been flying drones since 2018 and currently have a DJI Mini 3 and a Mini 5. I have my Flyer and Operator ID’s for the UK and also registered in the EU and US.
We will be visiting London, Stonehenge, York, and Edinburgh and I was wondering if anyone can give me advice on flying in any of those locations.
For Stonehenge, we’re taking the inner circle tour at dusk, and I know I can’t bring the drone in there, but I was hoping to stop a few minutes prior to the tour near the junction of A303 and Byway 12. Straight up, so as not to fly over National Heritage property, and take a couple of zoom shots from the Mini.
Also keen to fly in Edinburgh and York if there’s some good areas to fly.

Humber Bridge over the Estuary Humber makes for some good footage, not far from York, my brother and I happy to meet up for a flight should you so wish
