How to get sand out of a DJI Mini 3 Pro?

The drone is flying fine now. I have to wiggle the gimbal and make sure it’s pointing forward before I turn the drone on. Doing that the gimbal is fine for the flight.

No neatky all good. Does it complete the start up test on gimbke ok.

Yes. The test completes okay if the gimbal starts pointing forward. If its pointing down when I switch on, I get a gimbal overload error. I’ve recalibrated the gimbal since so hopefully the error won’t come back.

If you gently turn the gimble is there any resistance or grinding? Do you think it is all out or could the sand have worn any parts?

@coastie do you have care refresh, if you do I would definitely use it.

I know going to the nudidt beach a few months ago still after many showers I’m chaffing in all the nook and crannies still :rofl::rofl::rofl: know my luck if I started using a blower to clean out I be caught in action :scream:

I did have at first when I first crashed. The gimbal wouldn’t move in any direction. WD40 did the trick and there no longer any grinding or scratching. I’ve been for another couple of flights and also switched the drone on and off with the gimbal in different positions and it’s all good now.
