Posting videos

Hi I’ve tried to get answer to this before. I hope I’m not posting this in the wrong place. I would like to know in detail how to post a video. I had a reply to my previous question but it might as well have been in Russian. I use an iPad but don’t do complicated stuff. Thanks in advance
