An ever increasing number of our members also own a Mavic 2 Zoom … so you are amongst good company.

If you haven’t already, take a look at the Map of Members and you’ll see there are a few other members in your neck of the woods, some of whom I’m sure will come and say Hi.

The forum’s search functions are a very efficient way to find previous threads and posts that might already have covered topics in which you are interested in learning more or answer that niggling question but, when this doesn’t turn up what you’re after, there’s a wealth of knowledge amongst the members, so ask away over on #questions-and-answers.

Also, if you’ve not seen it, check out our map of places where members have flown in the past … which, obviously, doesn’t necessarily mean they are still OK to fly and, as always, any pilot needs to check that everything’s OK before flying at any of them.

Almost my stamping ground as a bairn… spent some time living in Timperley before disappearing off abroad and on return the family settled in Marple for, oh, 6mths before disappearing off abroad :slight_smile:

For some reason I’m the only muppet in the family that returned to teh UK…ah well, welcome onbboard anyway.

My old house was in Croxton Close - even though that is now … 40+ years ago I can still recall certain aspects. Having just Googled it, it’s good to see the field that backjed on to our house still exists as well :slight_smile:

I live in a little cottage on holiday Lane if you know it? Doing my PfCO and have flight test on Thursday and weather not looking good grrr

Not familiar with that one but good skill with the PfCO. I may do that one day…

Uplift Drones it was a deal I could not refuse they wanted bums on seats got it really cheap tbh, guys are really good
