Laleham park, car park empty most of the times, 0.50p/h. Beautiful scenery with the Staines reservoir and the nearby lakes and the Thames river. This is my first flight and my first video with my first drone, a Mavic Mini. Don’t fly too high as there are some planes turning right from Heathrow. They are well over 5-600m, but I kept it lower at 60m.

Welcome, and thanks for posting the new location.
It sits nice and snug between airports and heli-routes, however its all clear as NOT a NFZ so Happy Flying all

It was a bit weird as planes are on a hard right bank while they climb, I chose to go the other way when I saw them although they are quite high up. On the NATS app it says High Risk though.

Went to check this spot out and not to be a party-pooper, Spelthorne Council say you’re not allowed to fly drones there: link to PDF

Seems like in Surrey there are fewer places to fly drones. Limited to Richmond park currently.
