Lancaster police staion - Added to Modern Buildings in North West

I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:

Land owner permission not required.

there are a lot of parking locations in lancaster with it being a city within easy reach of this location. across the road there is also the court house. obviously as this is in an urban area it is the pilots responsibility to ensure they are flying legally

The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 03/07/2022. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.

Can someone please confirm what the actual rule is about flying over “Urban Areas”, without just showing the document?

Too many variables, try our very own good2go

What Document?

GADC needs a new section for Ugly Buildings

If you’re flying in A1 there’s absolutely nothing against it.

Unless there is a crowd then it’s a no no.

Sure but that’s anywhere, not just urban areas.

So it’s something ?
