Mainly the drone was unnecessary weight to carry, but put it up briefly. Had been contemplating putting it up to try to get over the clouds as from the ground there was no chance of aurora, but I don’t think 150m would have been sufficient.

No excuse there. 
Didn’t have the freedom to get into the countryside and laws in built up areas are tough

Ah, there is a Finland one though, and Lapland is part of Finland. Also Lappland in Sweden.
