Definitely Picklecombe fort in your picture but the breakwater fort, seen at 00.23, is much like a Martello.

I remember my RiB course in the Sound in the early 2000’s driving Tornados, Seariders and the Pac. Thought my fingers were going to fall off it was that cold.
