Mavic 2 Pro won't bind to the smart controller

Evening all

I’ve received a replacement mavic 2 pro from DJI today onnthe refresh program.

I’ve attempted to bind it with my smart controller and the Mavic 2 controller and neither will bind, the iframe turns the bind button red and the controllers just beep endlessly for 60 seconds and then, nothing.

Can anyone here help on a workaround?

Oh I checked on the assistant and it’s the latest firmwear as is my smart controller (inwas flying with the air 2 yesterday with it fine)

There are 3 methods of linking most Mavics AFAIK. Which one were you trying or all of them?

You say controllers in the plural. Do you mean you can’t link the standard controller, the SC or both of them don’t link.
