Another great meet, Thanks Russ! @Foley while the rain nearly killed it off before we got started, those of who stuck it out had some good flights, albeit with some strong wind warnings on the drone!
@LE60LAD Sorry I missed having a chat Peter, I was busy flying…
EDIT: I got some great shots of the actual beacon thingy, I’ll post them after I’ve downloaded them…

A big thanks to you all for making the trip and coming to see us at the meet. It is always nice to see you all… When created it was looking to be a perfect day and was greeted with rain but it turned out good.
It was good to see that the drones were flying well in the wind. My care refresh avata on one of it’s first flight was following a quad and there was a bum clenching moment when I went around the pylon wires. Not doing that again in a hurry.

Just need to ditto what @Foley said. Always great to have a catch up. Also lesson learnt, forgot the suncream, am now suffering. Asda 50spf is fantastic (when I remember to put it on lol).
