I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene:
Land owner permission not required.
I flew around the border of the Abbey so did not have to ask permission, also took of and landed from public road. If you fly over historic Scotland property they can complain about drones, but the rule they use is a health and safety.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 15/04/2023. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
