Lipos and a battery charger is also something that gets over looked a lot.
donāt cheap out on a charger is my advice as its the difference betwenn having a house and not having a house 
Yeah same applies for phone chargers, batteries, etc, etc.
Dakin are you any good at Soldering very small bits 
Like how small? I have done an arm and motor replacement on a Mavic Air 2 before and managed to solder that with decent accuracy and put it all back together. My friend crashed his mini 3 Pro, I watched all the iFixit tear downs and that definitely beyond my skillset

Bardwell has a board here and you can see the size of things you come across in the hobby. Also defo worth getting a practise board for a few Ā£Ā£Ā£s. I still practise every once in a while with mine!
