I’ve just recently discovered this hobby which is very enjoyable. Unfortunately had my first crash which snapped the front right arm on my mini pro 4, I’ve been online to find a drone company for a repair but for some reason not one has responded to my enquires? Does anyone know of an actual repair shop in the St. Helens / North West area that could possibly repair my drone Thanks

I’m assuming you don’t have DJI care but it still might be worth contacting them for a quote.
Dronedoctor or heliguy are a couple of independent shops off the top of my head. iirc you can call either.

Send it to DJI, its the best and cheapest way, just open a ticket with them
I don’t know if you are aware but once you’re up and running again, it would be a real advantage to take out a DJI Care Refresh package. They’ll send you a new one, as long as you can send them your broken one. It takes a couple of days and you’d up be flying again quicker than you can say Hallelujah! Have a look at the DJI website for details.

DJI would have been cheaper, and you would have got a new drone, but hopefully Heliguy will sort you out
