It was sunny, although misty, when I was walking with the dog to the take off site and even when I took off. It seemed like as soon as I took off the sun disappeared, not to be seen again for many days

Its very grim up north at the moment and my M2P is sat here waiting for its (and my) maiden filght.

Thanks Dave. I was wondering why I wasn’t picked up lol. Thought it was perhaps not misty enough (unlike my Cheddar Gorge effort).
Many badges are not granted by an automatic bot in the background, and need one of us to actually watch/notice/register and check if the relevant badge was previously granted , etc.
I tend to have moments when I try to do a catch-up review.
It’s been a while, for instance, since the Ice Flyer Badge was achievable … so it goes off our radar and, realising this last night, I did several of those for recent snowy/frosty posts.
It’s all a bit of fun. Oversight doesn’t signify anything negative.
