Better weather today:

Yup - to buy two more coffees to get the full “Christmas atmosphere” experience … even if it is only 3rd Nov. 
One of my favourite shots. I took it near Da Nang in Vietnam before Covid. We had just crossed the Hai Van Pass on Motorbikes.

What were you riding on the trip Peter @DKZ5745 ?

They were pretty random things. Honda CRF150’s (I believe🤔).
We picked them up in Hue and dropped them off in Da Nang. Good job too as the rear suspension on mine collapsed as we entered Da Nang & I only just made it to the drop off.
Our luggage was transported for us by the hire company & was waiting at our hotel in Da Nang.
It was a great experience doing the Hai Van Pass though

We travelled from Hanoi down to Ho Chi Min city, but the only part of the journey by motorbike was the Hai Van Pass. We did hire a few little automatic scooter type things at various times during our stay in Vietnam, and they were actually quite good fun.
