This has taken days of failed attempts, but I finally caught one of the bees that had been laid in our bee hotel last year emerging this morning.

That one must have been a “fly-away” - one minute he was getting instructions for where to go from his mates, which direction etc, then he just went awol. Wonder if he has a RTH built in ?
