Might be as well leaving the drone stationary and doing a Ken burns in the edit to give the effect of movement

Possible - though the light trails would be static. Maybe if I put signs up at each end of the bridge urging drivers to go as fast as they can? 
This is excellent watching (and clever editing), with stills used and speeded up
