Hi, I had a drone for my 70 birthday, a 4drc f3, returned next day as one of the batteries was duff. So now I’m looking at what to get to replace. I’m a complete beginner, budget around £200, any suggestions?
Cheers
Steve

Welcome once again!
The Mini SE is a good drone for starting out.
If you can afford a little more, the Mini 2 Fly More Combo is an excellent drone.

HI steve - welcome to GADC
@SteveHB Hi Steve welcome to the club
Hi Steve, welcome from the other end of the M54.
Can’t go wrong with any of the DJI Minis, just don’t take it out in a 100mph storm!
Hi @SteveHB, and welcome, they certainly are a friendly lot here, lots of information available and always guys & gals happy to answer your questions in an helpful way.
I’m also new to this drone lark, my wife got me a 4DRC F12 for Christmas, I am already to look at upgrading to a DJI mini, hopefully a pro4 but 2 & 3 are still readily available. Well supported and lots of relevant information here and on YouTube.
Billy, I also had 4DRC, an F4 gps. Had to send it back, one battery FU, issues with 5g/4g compatibility.
So now I’m looking at the Dji mini 4 combo, tracking several on EBay.
Fingers crossed!
I am also looking at getting the mini 4 pro Steve, hopefully by the end of February. Of course it could be won via this months competition, better get myself a few more tickets
