Got a mavic mini as a starter love it ,not much flying time due to weather whats the next drone to consider to upgrade

I would master the Mini first as it is an incredible piece of kit. the Mini and Mini 2 have the advantage of being less than 250 grams which gives you a lot more freedom. They don`t have any obstacle avoidance which teaches control. The small size lets you fly in tighter spaces, after practice, and they are very easy to cart around.
