Just a question really , just purchased a new motor 1103 -8500kv and it feels really nochy to turn. Iv brought dozens of motors but never come across one like this, has any one ells had this??..
Yeah - some motors are like that - even proper good quality ones.

This is true. Some motors seem notchy. This is the norm with good quality brushless motors.
Not sure about the quality as it was a tenner off Amazon … I’ll let you know

Cool… l purchased a Drak Night. An amazing 2” freestyle drone. So tiny even smaller than the Baby Ape. Flys great and a lot of fun.

Unfortunately not, the frame is so small they couldn’t fit the unit inside. Great fun and real good video though. Check it out HGLRC DRAK NIGHT. A really good price on Ali Express.
