Camerawoman by trade but finally getting round to learning to fly. I’m also newish to the area so if anyone knows of good trouble free spots to fly around Kirklees let me know. Eventually I’ll fly for part of my job so I have to redo an expired theory test and do the practical. So just trying to practice for that at the mo. I did the last theory back in 2017 before getting to fly but then i was sent out on foreign deployments so now I’m back i’m trying to re lear it all.
The wind and rain this week hasn’t helped with that.

We’re a well established club with many knowledgeable members so it’s very likely that any issues you come across will have been discussed here before. Thanks so much for this! I work in news. Though did shoot/edit a documentary on the iplayer atm called ‘Fleeing Afghanistan-Free To Be Me.’ I had to used drone shots from our archive so thought I should get round to learning it myself.
