North Weir Point, Orford Haven (4K)

North Weir Point the Southern tip of Orford Ness spit, close to Shingle Street in Suffolk where the Alde Estuary flows into the North Sea. A lovely morning at low tide filming boats coming out of the Estuary from Orford or Aldeburgh sailing clubs. Impressive to watch the sailing boats using the onshore wind to propel them at a good pace out to sea through the turbulent water. Good practice for me too for orbiting and filming moving subjects.

Thanks Torsen. An interesting video, nice editing and good music. There are some strong cross currents there - swimmers beware! What editing package did you use and where did you get your music from?

Thanks, yes and that was at low tide when it is relatively calm, the water there ‘boils’ when the tide is running.

I am using DaVinci Resolve (paid version) and the music is from Soundstripe.

Cheers
