Not aiming specifically at Jen here, but if you bring information into an enduring text chat forum that can be searched, be prepared to be called out for evidence and sources. If you take a grump at being asked for such info, maybe being on a chat forum isn’t for you.
I fail to see how “flying over a hunt” could be thought of in the same way as flying over a crowd ? Surely once the hunt is underway, the riders actually become quite spread out from each other ? I’d have no qualms whatsoever about flying over a pack of dogs though and I’m sure CAA rules do not apply to dogs ???
My mistake - I thought the discussion was primarily about using one’s drone to hold a hunt to account to witness if any illegal activities were taking place. I must have misunderstood that this was just a red herring, and the real discussion was about what constituted a crowd ![]()
