Operator ID problems

Hi

I can’t seem to get on to the page to get a drone Id.

I get into my registration page and select drone Id ,it sends a code ,I put the code in and tick 3 boxes then it reads sorry it can’t be done ,just wondering if anyone’s heard if it’s down .

Yeah that’s the one ,I did the test last week and today I was going to register my drone but I can’t get past the last section when trying

Thanks but this is what the page reads ,there must be something wrong with the Caa site .

Just have to wait and phone on Monday which is a shame as the weather looks good for tomorrow

Have you checked your email spam box

Also if you haven’t paid yet, just do it all again might work

Thanks yeah I checked the spam box but nothing there ,the problem is I can’t get to the part where I pay the 10 pounds ,it keeps coming up with the sorry there is a problem with the service .

In case it isn’t at the CAA end …

  • Have you tried a different browser?
  • Do you have any extensions enabled?
  • What about trying on a different device?
  • If on Chrome, have you tried using an incognito page?

Try clearing your cookies for the website and/or using a different browser - maybe Firefox if using Chrome.

Thanks ,yes I tried on a different computer and browser still the same

This is why I let FPVUK deal with mine, they automatically renew it every year for me and I haven’t got to suffer the pain of dealing with the CAA’s website :rofl:
