Sun on the lens.
Lol no the sun was on my left hand side of the drone, and the object is below my my drone and to the right of my drone.
Watching slow-speed, difficult, but I think I see a wing flap … so a bird.
My initial thoughts - size/speed - was a Puffin.
I also see there’s a major puffin colony on Isle of May island, just off the coast.
Although why one would be flying inland … 
Defo a strange one, seemed a bit big for a puffin, but it would fit regarding wing span and it was motoring way faster than any bird I’ve seen flying horizontal to the ground and flew towards the horizon.
Pigeon perhaps? They can do up to about 90mph and been spotted at 6000ft!!!
I’m always surprised when I see one at the side of the motorway and keeping up with me.
Was you in the hard shoulder 
the isle may would be 6 to 10 miles away
Puffins go for miles for food …
I agree but it was flying towards land, anyway doubt we will ever know.

It’s pointing towards a puffin !!! Only thing doesn’t add up is no colour or hint of any in the video.

Away seeing the secret girlfriend on the island just offshore? Had to make it back in time so he didn’t get caught out by the wife, hence the reason for breaking the speed limit I guess?

ok, ok, it’s not a pigeon. It’s a ufo with little green men inside, out to take over the planet. But first falls Pittenweem!!! The little green men heard so many good things about the neebs they decided to pay a visit and find out if they really did indeed have webbed fingers and six toes, all their female relatives are called maw, and a wee while ago they all got indoors toiletses floored in lino.
