Can some one tell me if this is a pixel on photo. Been getting green dot on my photos
Looks like lens flare to me which happens when you record towards the sun. Its quite common and difficult to completely eliminate but a lens hood can help. It can also be exaggerated if the lens is dirty - maybe a cleaning would help.

It’s definitely lens flare as suggested above. Believe it or not the green colour, is rather ironically, created by the anti flare coating. But if the coating wasn’t there the flare would be a hundred times worse.
