That really is strange!
Just a Kuula oddity with that image, I think.
Tried the Java version for that pano - the same.
Tried the HTML for several Kuula images at random - all OK.
I got the black hole with my first Kuula images when the ratio was not 2:1

Yeah, I think 2:1 ratio is the best to aim for with the panos

I just played with some non 2:1 (by a small margin) and they seemed OK on Kuula and embedded … and by the time the margin meant they were showing a hole at the bottom when embedded, they were also showing one in Kuula, too.
Very weird.
Were you flying in Calcutta for that one?
