Queue for recycling centre here in Worcester
Where I live in Paignton the tip has just reopened but you need to book to use it, once you have a slot you then have to drive to an overflow car park at Goodrington Beach about a mile and a half from the tip and wait for a man to come along and then give you a slip. You then can drive to the tip itself. I live close to the road that leads to the tip and when I found out it was going to open again, I feared there would be very long queues. But that is not the case thankfully, those who turn up at the tip without a booking and slip etc are being turned away.
