I have just added this to the map of places to fly your drone at Drone Scene - Location # 614
Land owner permission requirements unknown.
Parking on site is not restricted. Just drive on in.
The originator declared that this location was not inside a Flight Restriction Zone at the time of being flown on 12/01/2020. It remains the responsibility of any pilot to check for any changes before flying at the same location.
Get in quick though as it is ear marked for demolition soon.
The site appears to be open during working hours M-F, as there are firms working on site. At w/ends paintballers use it, and the gates can get locked when they finish for the day. I almost got locked in a few years ago!

Yes this site is earmarked for a large housing estate also within a designated Glider club.

Yeah there are still buildings left
