Yes AirData does a good job of it. I’ve used it for the last five years to get the the data for renewals. You do have to pay for it though and it can be a pain inputting all the serial nos etc for all the drones and batteries but it only has to be done once.
You can get Excel to do pretty much what you want using a combination of cell formulas and VBscript …

You’re very kind but I give up. I don’t have the logical mind for this🙄
Indeed. When i renewed my OA a couple of months ago and saw how much more they wanted, i had a hard think and realised that i either fly the M300 or i fly the Mini 3. The Mini 3 has been an amazing buy, and so i fly A1 open with the Mini 3 unless I really need the M300 e.g. for the multispectral stuff.
With the increase in requirements, the only drone i have on the OA now is the M300.
(Strangely, although my M300 synchronises with AirData, i cannot get my Mini 3 to, no matter what i try, i have to upload the flight logs manually. Ho hum.)
I agree with others that this all feels like an attempt to push the small drone users out of the market to leave space for the big corporates to play. Wonder how long it will be before chunks of our airspace are “licensed” for exclusive use, sold to the highest bidder like parts of the electromagnetic spectrum have been…
