DJI have withdrawn the functionally to make such requests, that drone is now locked to 120m forever. There’s a thread about this on here which covers this in detail but I’m afraid my search skills are failing me this evening.

That’s odd, my understanding of the rules was that you could fly up to 5 metres above a structure (over 120M) provided you had permission from the owner and they requested yo to do so.

The long and short of it is that DJI have now removed the request for a higher altitude request and you are locked to the 120m limit. I have the Mini 5 pro so I’m in the same frustrating boat
