Thanks for replying, I thought that was the case but worth asking.
Reading between the lines, when you apply and they ask whether you are a company or individual. I think they are just after the responsible person if applying on behalf of a company.
Good info re docks going forward.
This exercise has reminded me that I still haven’t applied for the exemption to fly at Sharpness yet, must get on with it or we will never get the chance to meet up and fly together.

Thought I would let you know that I now have the exemption to fly at Sharpness docks starting 9th Jan for 12 months.
It only took a week to be processed.
Hopefully we can meet up sometime and fly together.
If you know of any interesting arrivals or departures I would really appreciate it if you could let me know.

Great news, I have thought of doing the same over your side at Lydney but will wait for warmer weather!
Shipping is thin on the ground at Sharpness this month, I did manage to film two last week, but nothing since. I will keep in touch, meanwhile have a merry Christmas.

Just submitted a proposed flight report / plan for this area what an ache kept getting the latitude and longitude mixed up, all good now tho I await a response

I did see that after rich, I was using the castles geo’s from the website then after the frustration of user error ( is also why I may mention ) I tend to stay away from these areas as also being new to the whole planning procedure like this I find confusing but now looking back it is really easy once you’ve done it,
After when I then remembered the measuring tool( circle ) yes that gave an accurate coordinates which id totally forgot to use for the geo but I did use it for the radius prior, but I now know for the future just to use that tool on DS, I done it arse about face but I now know
