Yes the New Junction Canal Is carried across River Don via the aquaduct.
When River Don has high water levels the gates are closed either side of aquaduct to prevent flooding.

There are a few lift bridges around that area which would make good shots if you can get them whilst they are open. I’m trying to find time to get shots of Barnby dun lift bridge whilst it’s open.

Nice video ,I also fly a lot in this area and in between towards Long Sandall Lock.
I have mainly took photo`s but am just starting to shoot videos.
