It doesn’t quite work that way. Subjects are chosen at random by computer from a list suggested by the members. The three chosen by the computer are then presented for voting, the subject with the most votes wins. The only human intervention is when a subject is obviously out of season - if Summer were picked this week then the random generator would be run again to select a more neutral subject - Transport for instance.
