Rich boys toys … but then it is Sandbanks the most expensive real estate in the U.K. I think. … the thing is if the sea level rises about a metre it will all be washed away …

I’ve always found sandbanks beautiful in the right weather, but honestly i found when you go down there out of season, it’s almost unrecognisable and I don’t get the appeal at all 🤷

I live along the coast in Southbourne between Christchurch and Bournemouth. There is nothing actually in Sandbanks apart from Rick Stein restaurant tbh … yes it’s a nice beach .,
In the summer it’s carnage with 1 road in and 1 road out .,chaos …
It’s our route over to Studland on the chain ferry through which is lovely and Swanage is quaint too … but Sandbanks ? Nah glad I am here
